Teresa Musfeldt-Bowman is the Branch Manager for the Blowing Rock office location. Her career in the real estate industry began in 1993 when she moved to Blowing Rock, NC and was hired by a local attorney.  For six years she handled all aspects of the firm’s real estate practice.  In 1999, she migrated from the attorney closing practice to the title insurance side of the closing process, beginning her title insurance career.  In September 2002, Teresa joined the Fidelity National Title family, as Branch Manager with the opening of the Blowing Rock, NC office.

In her off-time, Teresa enjoys riding horseback in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains with her family and friends.
