Laura is the Title Counsel for the Underwriting team in Raleigh, North Carolina. She began her real estate career as a paralegal, graduating from the Meredith College Paralegal Program in 1984.  Laura worked as a paralegal for nine years before returning to law school and receiving her JD from North Carolina Central University in 1993.  She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1994 and practiced real estate in the Raleigh area until joining the Company in 2012 as Title Counsel.

Laura provides legal counsel to both commercial and residential customers and is board certified in residential real estate transactions.
