Jenny came to the Raleigh Fidelity office in early 2021 with five years experience in customer service. She brought with her a valuable skill set including juggling priorties while maintaining superior customer satisfaction. Those skills have proven valuable as she provides both internal customer support to our underwriters as well as support to our esteemed clients.

Kindness is fundamental to customer service so I strive to maintain a cheerful disposition in everything I do from client visits to assisting coworkers

Jenny says her three young adult children keep her honest, brave and strong.  When she's not hanging with one of them, you can find her running.
